Huney-Do and Space Organizers want you to be satisfied with your complete shopping experience with us.
If something does not meet your expectations or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the
product for a replacement or a refund within 14 days of the receipt for the product purchase price. We do not
refund shipping charges.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, contact our Customer Service at 1-800-580-8611 or
Kathleen@spaceorg.com to receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number) that will be assigned to your
return request. After receiving your RA#, send the package to the address listed below.

To receive credit for your return:
* You must have a return authorization number. RA# must be visible on the shipping label or on the outside
of the box. * All products must be in good working order and have all original instructions and packaging. *
Items must be received within 14 days of original purchase. No credit will be given for items received
beyond 14 days of purchase.
Space Organizers suggests you insure your return shipment. We are not responsible for items we do not
receive or that are returned to us damaged. Please, allow 7 business days from the time of receipt of your
return to process your return request.

Shipping charges are determined by weight, size and distance using the latest UPS time, cost and fuel
surcharge calculations. All calculations are done in real time. Our 33408 zip code is used as the originating
zip code for all calculations done on the UPS website. Additional charges may be incurred due to over-sized
packaging. In some cases, we are able to reduce your shipping charges. If we are able to reduce your
charge, we will process the reduced rate and inform you via email of the reduction in your shipping charge.
When ordering multiple items, we can usually reduce your shipping charges. United States Priority and
Express Mail services are available upon request.
APO, FPO and Canadian Shipments:
We will gladly ship to APOs, FPOs and to Canada. You will be notified of your shipping charges by email.
When your order is placed, we determine the best form of shipment. Size, weight, customs requirements,
and costs are the prime criteria for determining the shipment method. Most APO and FPO orders are sent
via U.S. Priority Service while most Canadian orders are shipped through UPS.
